Global experience in the development and execution of  continuous improvement/lean strategy and assessments within manufacturing facilities in India, China, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, France, and in various locations domestically in the United States.

I am an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Lean Consortium where I serve as the Technology & Social Media Lead.

I partner with the Holland Rescue Mission in the development of their Lean strategy and approach, a partnership that started in 2015.

  • My leadership style is best described as a servant leader who applies a blend of lean, scientific and design thinking methodologies, to engage employees in the execution of organizational transformation activities.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with nearly 6 years in management for large lean manufacturing, food production & agricultural processing operations.

  • Managed and improved cultures that employ lean tools such as: TPM, 5-S, Process & Value Stream Mapping, 7-wastes, Kanban, Kaizen events, Toyota Kata, DMAIC process, PFEMA, PFEP, SIPOC, 3P, Design Thinking, and 6 Thinking Hats. 
  • I have six publications with Golf Course Industry Magazine and one with the Michigan Lean Consortium.
  • Twice selected as one of the top 50 Assistant Superintendents in North America (John Deere Golf, Bayer Environmental Science – Green Start Academy)
