My methodology really focuses on the front end of improvement work. I focus on self-awareness and empathy as means to understand the deeper case for change. By truly understanding the needs of those you are engaging with, you are able to get the buy-in needed to be successful in the short and long term. I believe in a greater purpose in the work Lean and Continuous Improvement Practitioners do, its why we love what we do. Having the ability to create more purpose in the lives of those you work with can lead to better work lives, and lives outside of the office.
